1. [**] BS resin is one of the five synthetic resins and is known for its impact resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and excellent electrical properties. It also has the characteristics of easy processing, stable product size, good surface gloss, etc. It is easy to paint and color. It can also be used for secondary processing such as metal spraying, electroplating, welding, hot pressing, and bonding on the surface. It is widely used in the industrial fields of machinery, automobiles, electronics and electrical appliances, instruments, meters, textiles, construction, etc. It is an extremely versatile thermoplastic engineering plastic. [**]BS resin is slightly yellow, transparent, and black in shape, with strong impact resistance and excellent wear resistance.

 

2. PC plastic: Polycarbonate (PC for short) is a polymer containing carbonate groups in the molecular chain. According to the structure of the ester group, it can be divided into aliphatic, aromatic, aliphatic-aromatic, and other types. Among them, the aliphatic and aliphatic-aromatic polycarbonate has low mechanical properties, thus limiting their application in engineering plastics. 3. PBT plastic: refers to polybutylene terephthalate as the main body of a class of plastic called polybutylene terephthalate (Polybutylene Terephthalate), also known as polybutylene terephthalate tetramethyl ester. PBT is a condensation product of terephthalic acid and 1,4-butanediol, which together with PET is called thermoplastic polyester.

 

4. PP plastic materials, chemical name: polypropylene, with characteristics of low density, strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, are better than low-pressure polyethylene and can be used at about 100 degrees. Has good electrical properties and high-frequency insulation and is not affected by humidity; at low temperatures, it is brittle, not wear-resistant, and easy to age. It's suitable for making general mechanical parts, corrosion-resistant parts, insulation parts, and parts with a translucent, colorless shape with poor impact resistance and wear resistance.

 

5. POM plastic: POM (polyacetal resin) definition: polyacetal is a linear polymer without side chains, high density, and high crystallinity. According to the different chemical structures in its molecular chain, it can be divided into two kinds: homopolymeric formaldehyde and copolymeric formaldehyde. Shape: White; high impact resistance; very wear-resistant.

PMM [**] plastic: polymethyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and its esters polymerization of polymers obtained collectively known as acrylic acid esters, the corresponding plastics collectively known as polyacrylic acid plastics, which are most widely used in polymethyl methacrylate. It is white and has strong impact resistance and excellent wear resistance.
